23 F , 5’7” , SW: 215 CW: 169 OMAD /24 hr fast/ CC. (I gained 9lbs) I’m bummed bc my goal weight is 140. Fell off bc I got Covid-19 in November & then broke my wrist about 1 month later snowboarding. I had 2 kids in 2 years. need motivation, how do you get back on track?
