Bulk or Cut? 150, 5’8 Dead 235 x5, Squat 220 x5, OHP 105 x5, Bench 155 x5, Chin up 35+ x5. Bothered by low abdominal fat... having trouble losing last few pounds, thinking of just bulking. Previous bulk 140 to 158 and cut to 150 some months after. Goal is to look shredded and strong, not massive.
