F/31/5’7”[280+lbs>185lbs=100ishlbs] It’s been a long journey (about a year or more) but I’m finally to a place where I am comfortable with myself! Sure I’d like to lose some more, but I’m so proud of my accomplishments! From 280+ to 185.
