HMS Queen Elizabeth and her Carrier Strike Group have met with Japanese helicopter carrier JS Ise and U.S. Navy carrier strike groups led by carriers USS Ronald Reagan and USS Carl Vinson to conduct joint operations in the Philippine Sea.
