I recently saw a nice flow chart with graduation requirements, which is helpful, but it was handwritten, so a bit hard to read on mobile, and it only went from 5* to 10*. Had a long, boring meeting today and decided to make my own version, this time from 4* to LB3. Hope someone finds this helpful.
