In Message In A Bottle, S04E14, Nelix makes "Rodeo Red's Red Hot Rootin' Tootin' Chili", but pronounces rodeo as "ro-DAY-o", like the obscenely expensive street in Beverly Hills. Lots of chili's are named after rodeos. It's obviously supposed to be rodeo. This cracks me up every time I watch.
