L pic: 136 lbs. M/R pics: 119.4 lbs. I got a tonsillectomy on Valentine’s Day and I decided to use this as an opportunity to fast since I really didn’t have a choice anyway lol. I haven’t been this weight in years! Once my throat heals up, I’m going back to OMAD with occasional fasts.
