M/27/5’11 (SW: 280.5 lbs / CW: 177.3 lbs / GW: ?). March 2020 to Sept 2021. Followed OMAD for most of my weight-loss. Stared with just OMAD, then added walking, then moved on to running and now added weight lifting (2 months ago). This is the fittest I’ve ever been, don’t really have a GW in mind.
