M/32/6’0” [216lbs > 158lbs = 58lbs] (10 months) Face gains! Reached my goal weight today! Happy with where I'm at and also finally in acceptance of getting bald! Now gonna try to slowly gain muscle without adding to much fat (clean bulk)
