Me on a Fadlung (2-Stringed Boat Lute), a native Philippine instrument popular among ethnolinguistic groups (indigenous people). This one is of the Blaan group in Sarangani Province in the southern part of the Philippines. Other Southeast Asian countries have this too, or versions.
