Placing a nuclear fuel assembly into storage. The blue glow is caused by sub-atomic particles traveling faster than light can travel through water (aka "Cherenkov Radiation"... think "sonic boom" but with light.) The water is about 30 feet deep but it's so clear you can see right to the bottom.
