Pleural effusion. So our 7 yr old little girl has had two thoracentesis within the last 14 days, 1.5 L taken off each time. 1st cytology without significant findings, ultrasound without obvious findings, awaiting 2nd fluid analysis results now. X-rays without mass findings, labs normal. Ugh
