Really painful ingrown hair on my armpit. I’ve used PFB Vanish, exfoliating, along a heating pad . Around it is soft but kind of firm on the head. What should I do? I’m in so pain that I can’t move my arm properly. What should I do? Any advice or guidance will be deeply appreciated.
