Stupid Steam Question. I did a PC reset and now steam will NOT use more than 5% of my network. I tested my speeds and it should be roughly 3 times what is shown in task manager. I have no idea how to make it utilize more. only getting 5 mb/s on steam when i was getting 50 mb/s last night.
