THEORY: Callum's birth father was a skywing elf or was a descendant of one & that's why Callum could connect to the sky primal & why he recognized Nyx's boomerang weapon (she's a skywing so it's probably a skywing weapon). I know it was an ATLA reference but maybe it was more than that.
