This is a real baby with Harlequin Ichthyosis. HI is a severe genetic disorder that affects the skin. Infants are born with hard, thick skin covering most of their bodies. The skin forms large plates that are separated by deep cracks (fissures). They can reach adulthood with proper care/treatment.
