Tryna get advice for the background of a simple cartoonish 2d animation! Should look like a futuristic alien-colonized Tokyo-ish commercial street. Still gotta draw people/aliens, but it's not looking futur-y enough yet. Color will do a lot, but in the meanwhile - advice?
