Uhm I'm level 17 and just found a full Dragonbone/Dragonplate armor set on thi Bjormund wind-strider guy, I'm so confused, it has crazy enchants too, it seems to be guaranteed loot, so in case you need some crazy heavy armor early this is it. (I'm Playing mage TT)
