Chinese fisherfolk have been using cyanide in Scarborough Shoal to intentionally destroy the traditional fishing grounds of Filipino fisherfolk, an official from the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) said on Saturday. Parts of the resource-rich lagoon has been destroyed.
