Don’t believe everything you read on the Internet, especially fan wikis. Although Krieg does not have its own regiment-specific medals (e.g. the Ward of Cadia) they can still receive Imperial Guard and sector-wide medals such as the Honorifica Imperialis and Macharian Cross.
