Estimated cost and or changes to make this affordable. Don’t have a set budget and I understand GLASS makes things more. Not a huge fan of glass anyways but the wife’s likes natural lighting. More into the modernized none cookie cutter houses. Thanks! Also thinking about modular rather then stick.
