F/23/5'7 [198 lbs - 180 lbs = 18 lbs] (3 months) I know the change is not that big, but I'm so proud of myself for starting my journey after being in a rough place for a long time. I stopped over eating and started loving myself and looking after my body. Here's to loosing more weight this year!
