Getting this smoker in a couple weeks. Anyone know if I can use wooden pellets in this thing? I googled it and it said I can as long as I put charcoal down first and layer the pellets on top. Brand new to smoking. Been bqq for over 6 years but I no experience smoking meats. Thanks for the help.
