Ghislaine and her alleged ‘Lieutenant’ Sarah Kellen aka Sarah Vickers (wife of of Brian Vickers). Numerous victims identify Kellen as also recruiting, and she’s now living right in Manhattan’s SOHO neighborhood. Is there an arrest pending? Or will she turn witness against Ghislaine? I say ARREST.
