HELP!!! I alway get razor bumps on my pubic area and when they heal it's either it becomes a keloid or just a flat white scar. Sometimes the hair still grows some are not. Any advice? Sometimes I just dont want to shave because I'm shy of ny scars but there are times that I really need to shave it.
