Here are some parts to make a female photo in SDXL img2img. Just crop the parts out, save as a PNG. Then make a transparency out of them. Start out with a 768 x 1024 white background, layer parts on. There are different arm poses. Hands or fingers you can use instead of inpainting. God Bless!
