How do I get these bolts out? sorry for the terrible angle, it is hard to reach or see. They are smooth, there isn't a pattern or depth to the shape on the top, even though it looks like an Allen or torn bit. this is the floor mounts of a standing network rack. would rather not scratch it all up.
