In 1998, 16 year old Chris Churchill killed his half-brother (17), his stepbrother's girlfriend (32) and her three children (12, 7, 5) with a hammer. After the attack, he had sex with the 12 year-old girl as she lay dying and sexually molested the dead bodies during the next week before arrest.
