Lesbian, not a gaybro, but, I wanted to recommend this movie. It had me in tears. Collin Firth brilliantly portrays the life of a gay man in the 60's struggling with the sudden loss of his love. The touches of subtle homophobia and delegitimizing of gay relationships was raw. It's a must watch!
