Mikhail Alexandrevich Dukhovnev is a Russian arms control and nuclear weapons specialist who was arrested for treason on accusations he had passed information to Ukraine. He spent 11 years in prison on espionage charges and was released in 2010 in exchange for the spies arrested in the United States
