Month ago i started doing 100 pushups a day (3x30 + 30 on knees thru day) was 85 kgs (187 lb) ,when started dropped to 76 kg (167lb) currently . My height is 175 cm ( 5'8"). What are your advices, should i continue doing push ups , or it's time to go to gym?never been to gym before btw..
