My husband made Swedish Pancakes for dinner tonight. Filled with Lingonberries and an extra filling (cool whip, orange oil, mint, mt spring blossom honey from Boa Vista((placerville ca)), sugar, strawberries and blueberries). They are so good it makes me want to cry!!
