My old dog died 3 years. Sometimes I can still hear his footsteps.. I have other dogs but they sleep downstairs and we have a gate. He was the only one allowed upstairs. Sometimes I have really real like dreams of him. It’s just doesn’t feel right hearing the footsteps, my brothers do as well
