On October 31, 1986, a scare actor is killed at Universal Studios' first Halloween Horror Nights in L.A. after falling between the two tram cars while "attacking" the guests. It caused Universal to halt the L.A. HHN until 1992 and name its Orlando HHN counterpart "Fright Nights" in 1991 for a while.
