Sebaceous cyst with a head on it. Is it ready to pop? Should I attempt to do it myself? It is red, but does not hurt, and I’ve had it about 2 years. It’s about the size of a dime and located on my breast/chest. The white head just appeared two days ago. Advice on what to do please!
