The Leduc 022 was the third ramjet and last aircraft designed by Frenchman René Leduc. He had been developing ramjet-powered aircraft since before WWII and had built a series of experimental aircraft. In 1955 he was awarded a contract for two examples of a short-range supersonic interceptor.
