There is a difference between a victim and offender. Psychopaths start early. Many killers torture animals as kids. A 15yo boy can very well rape someone, it doesn't mean he is mature about it. Manipulation of minors is ALWAYS bad regardless of gender. If he was forced into that, we'd find out?
