This is Apsara , Asia's oldest reactor situated in Mumbai, India. Yesterday I saw a post of a similar reactor with blue lights coming out. These lights are known as Cherenkov Radiation , emitted when charged particles travel through a medium at a greater speed than the speed of light in that medium.
