Upper bicep tendon tear bruising result seen here. 8 years with rare version of Lupus called HUV as well as SLE. On oxygen 24/7 not physically active. Third tendon to tear in last 6 months. No new meds. Im scared and worried I’m finally falling apart. Anyone have any advice or similar story? Thanks
