Vince Li [left] murdered Tim McLean while riding a Greyhound Bus along the Trans-Canada highway back in 2008. While Tim was sleeping, he was stabbed in the neck, beheaded and than cannibalised. Li was found not criminally responsible for this and was released from a high security ward in 2015.
